At Axor Helmets, we are committed to your safety and satisfaction. If your gear doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the helmet is placed in its original dust bag and box with all protective films, tags, and manuals intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Package & Ship

  Securely seal the package and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email, then drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the safety integrity of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
