Yes, all Axor helmets meet or exceed international safety standards, including DOT (US) and ECE 22.05 or 22.06 (Europe) certifications, ensuring premium protection for every rider.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy for unused helmets in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure the visor protector has not been removed to qualify for a full refund.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping times vary by location and customs processing.
Can I purchase replacement visors or internal padding?

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, Axor helmets come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This excludes damage caused by accidents, misuse, or natural wear and tear.
